Aerial lines are rare here but this reminds me of everyone having to have their magic box (cell phone) on, open and with them at all times. God forbid we look each other in the eye and say something to each other....

I can certainly see your point, perhaps it has something to do with the various companies providing services? The dishes aren't all facing the same way.

I agree about the ugliness of that tech-clutter, we've travelled a lot in S-E Asia where even tiny rough-built homes have a whopping big satellite dish attached.
