Concentration in motion

The Big Apple is a street photography heaven, but smartphones have globalized people's behavior... I liked the colors, however.

Wherever we go here at home or overseas 'everyone' except us seems to be glued to their phones with, or without earphones.

I think we may evolve into a species that is startled by the mere existence of another flesh and blood creature. Shame that these 'magic' boxes control so much of our lives.

@golftragic @joysabin It has been such a sudden evolution. I can't think that the whole thing started on 29 June 2007. Ten years to develop a worldwide addiction!

@domenicododaro Gosh, you're right, of course. I've used a mobile phone for many years, but have never developed the urge to have it rusted on. But then, the only 'social media' I follow is 365, and my friends ring or email to talk.
