About the lady in the foreground. Climbing or descending?

Oh this has really got me thinking. Is the brown/gold part of a sleeve or a bag? If she's climbing and it's her sleeve could she bend her arm back like that? The more I look the less I know xx

@psychographer @pistache @kali66 @golftragic I was sure she was descending, then I overexposed wildly the raw file in PS and saw she is climbing (no way to come down the electric escalator when it climbs) and the "sleeve" is actually the lining of a jacket she was wearing. Thank you all!
