And finally, this is the label that will go on the bottles. "Monti di l'Addhi" is the name of my place and of the company I set up to run it, and "L'Aina Luna" means "The Moon Donkey" in the local dialect: the one appearing on the label is one of mine. Her name is Marlene, and she's there because when I harvested the first time (back in 2010) she followed me all the time, so I thought she would deserve the honor!
