Spent a good part of the day on the mountain walking. Took my iPod and camera and set off to see the colours. It was so peaceful and quiet I choose not to put my iPod on an enjoy the sounds of nature. The colours were absolutely spectacular and I was so excited to have crossed paths with a deer. Just him and I. This would have been a moment I would have missed if my thoughts were occupied with my music. The chipmunks and the squirrels were chasing each other, I felt like I was getting in their way. Did I have a good day - you betcha :) Hope you did too!
