What an impressive presentation! I can well imagine that took a long while to make, but I bet every bite was delicious...or as they say in Japan, "Oishi!"
I usta do it weekly! Then the nori sheets ran out (we bought a stack from a wholesaler). I even made a chef's special with panko and rice krispies!! Gotta get more stuff!! Looks yummy!
