2015 January 16: It was a night of beautifully clear skies and a rather frigid 37 degrees (F) when we took our telescope out and attempted to catch a glimpse of Comet Lovejoy. The sighting on our telescope needs a good deal of adjustment; so between that and the light pollution in our neighborhood, our attempts were not successful ...but we all had a good time looking at the stars and admiring God's dazzling handiwork!
