2015 March 10: Today my area got a couple of inches of steady rain; we are forecast to get 4 more inches before the week ends. One local weatherman summed up his forecast as, "Just plain wet" for the remainder of this week ...while we half-joked about our recent sleet and snow melting into "monsoon season!"
This morning as heavy rain fell, one of our backyard squirrels looked as if he had become desperate for a dry place to spend the day; he unsuccessfully tried to get into our bluebird box!
Nice capture! Send some of that rain our way. I'm afraid we're the opposite of you. Dry winter and heading into a dry spring. We could use some rain. Have a wonderful day.
