2015 September 18: Each summer we grow a nice assortment of hot peppers ...being careful to plant them a good distance from the sweet bell peppers in our garden in order to avoid cross-pollination! Today we picked all that were ripe, with plans to freeze them and use them in salsa this winter when we will long for the taste of our own home-grown vegetables.
I had some - lots too this year and froze some of them and the others, I let dry and put in the larder! They are very hot and quite delightful. This one has a lovely gloss!
