2016.01.12 Tuesday: Our backyard birds have been quite hungry ever since the weather turned cold, so I have been vigilant to keep our feeders well stocked with seeds and suet. This afternoon when I finished refilling the feeders, this little Tufted Titmouse stared for a while at all of them; he seemed slightly overwhelmed with his choices and hesitant to decide which one to choose for his meal!
Ooo, the rich, wood textures and softly colored background surround the Tufted Titmouse beautifully! Such a sweet, little bird. I love their friendly disposition. They, along with Black-capped Chickadees, are quick to arrive after I've filled the feeders. They often don't even wait until I'm back inside. There's a lovely, painterly quality to this image; and it's a FAV for me!
Of course you know I will FAV this photo!! I LOVE the Tit-mouse birds and those big eyes melt my heart!!! Gorgeous POV and lighting and details! Love the cock of his head. I can imagine he was overwhelmed by all that food! Kind of like me when I go to a buffet!! LOL
