2016.06.24 Friday: Earlier this summer I had set a pot of dirt out in a corner of my yard, expecting to throw it away as soon as I could get to it ...and then promptly forgot about it. So it was a surprise today when my son finished watering our outdoor plants and called me outside to see that beautiful snapdragons had sprouted and were blooming in that pot.
I suppose that some bird or squirrel must have "planted" these seeds from one of my neighbor's plants, but I am glad that they are sprouting in my yard!
