2017.01.22 Sunday: Rather heavy rain fell for most of the day, so I dashed outdoors when I noticed a short period of sunshine. I noticed that the blooms on our blueberry bushes are already beginning to swell ...I hope that they will wait for a more appropriate time to open!
My area is unaffected, but there has been flooding and strong storms in nearby areas; with power outages here-and-there. In surrounding states, the death toll from storms last night was 18.
It is unusual for us to have such storms this early in the year -- hopefully we will now go back to peaceful weather!
