2017.09.06 Wednesday: I had never grown Cardinal Flower before, but had heard that hummingbirds love it ...so I decided to try growing some up my deck this year. The flowers are much smaller than I envisioned, but still quite beautiful and vibrant!
@merrelyn Thanks! I believe that I must have sowed this flower too late this year ...It started blooming right after all of our hummers left! I plan to start this plant earlier next year, though.
