2018.02.12 Monday: When I first began trying to master the Radial Blur technique, I turned to my trusty Photoshop for help and got this result. I quickly found out that this is not radial blur, as that would actually emanate in lines from the center.
I decided to master the actual radial blur technique by doing it the right way (camera only) for the challenge (and was pleasantly surprised by how do-able it is!), but decided that I like this pic for just an everyday artistic photo. This is a nicely blurred photo of one of the fountains at the Duck Pond, with the trees behind it forming a circle around it.
