...... and if you view on Magnified you can just about make out me, with Lester to my left and a building and some trees behind us!
Saturday saw us travelling home from Lincolnshire. We called in at the Butterfly and Wildlife Park, Long Sutton, Lincs. on the way. This Great Horned Owl was very fidgety and it took me a while to get this full face shot of him. Worth it, though, he's a real beauty.
ADDED COMMENT.8.15 UK BST I feel compelled to point out that this owl was tethered in the same way a bird of prey is tethered at a demonstration, so I didn't have to try and capture a bird which was flying around. He *was* hopping up and down from his podium a lot though.
