Lester and I went to Milton Keynes today to do a bit of shopping. After that, we headed towards the little town of Stony Stratford where there's a nice cafe. Just outside the town we spotted an entrance to a park, so we stopped off and went for a walk round it. We didn't stay very long because the sky was turning a dramatic grey.

@chamal Thank you, Charles. I think the stem at the back - with the leaves on - is a wild rose. The others look like dead stems of a blackberry (bramble) bush.
Natures barbed wire and very effective too!! My dog lost his toy in the hedgrow yesterday and I had to retrieve it for him... and had to fight my way through hawthorn and still have the scratches to prove it! ♥
