I've had a brilliant day today. The weather's been beautiful and I met fellow 365ers, Anita and Jean, for the first time and passed some thoroughly enjoyable hours in their company.
I went out for a while before our 11 am meet because I'd promised myself to get some shots of Clematis (Old Man's Beard) seedheads when the sun was shining. I found these in a by-road near Tring. There's a close up shot of some here : http://365project.org/dulciknit/other-photos/2012-01-27
And here's a shot of the canal taken when I was with Anita and Jean : http://365project.org/dulciknit/on-the-day-extr/2012-01-27

Thank you too for a lovely day! This is beautiful, the light and the composition are excellent. I didn't know that Old Man's Beard is the seedheads of clematis- don't know what I thought it was!!
The sweep round that corner is a real eye catcher. Love the seed heads, I didn't realise that was old mans beard either. Great fun for you all to meet up.
Great that you, Jean and Anita caught up!!
