Sunrise with birds and treetop

Insomnia and I had been up for some time when I glanced out of the window looking onto the garden and saw the sky changing colour.
Taken through the window. I tried going out in the garden but it's about a foot (30cm) lower than the floor of the house and I just couldn't get the angle.

Almost makes insomnia worth while. Beautiful colors - such a difference from 21 minutes earlier. You have such a short window to shoot sky colors. Very pretty!
