Rainbow detail - the icing on the cake

Thursday's trip to the Ansel Adams exhibition with my daughter was great. I was pretty tired when I got home and decided to get a takeaway for an evening meal - but got temporarily diverted when I saw a rainbow. Definitely the icing on the cake of a smashing day out in Barrie's company.

We get some wonderful rainbows in the skies here but the surroundings aren't conducive to a full bow shot so I concentrated on a detail of it instead.
