Softly spiky

The annual garden sculpture exhibition is on at the Savill Garden at the moment. All the sculptures are for sale but out of our price range, unfortunately. I loved these metal, spiky dandelion things.

The shot was deliberately taken out of focus and the red and orange splotches are flowers in the background.

Interestingly effective. I'm not a fan of blurred shots normally but this one works well. There's more of a sense of energy about it, like light rays shooting out of the centre, that way.
