Table-top press and handbills

Lester and I went to Frogmore paper mill* today. It's not very far from us at all. We had a guided tour all to ourselves and thoroughly enjoyed it.

A wonderful close-up, Al. You captured great details with clarity. The patterns of the letters make for an interesting shot.

Smashing shot. I went to the print works at Amberley museum a couple of years back and had a guided tour all to myself. It was noisy, fun and very informative.

Great angle, that would be so interesting.
I used to go to work with mum when I was little, she worked in a local newspaper, I was so scared to walk under the presses when they were running, gosh can you imagine now taking a child to such a place, it was wonderful and scary all in one:0)

Wasn't Max Wall the one with the silly walk?
March 8th, 2014
@sabresun He was indeed. And he used to wear very tight, drainpipe trousers - to accentuate the walk, I guess. I'm impressed someone of your tender years knows about it. :-P ;- )
