BFF

The companion to today's main album shot ; http://365project.org/dulciknit/365/2012-09-23 , these are the two ploughing horses standing together, waiting to plough the next furrow. The ploughman's wife said that they are great friends. They have the occasional spat (just like any friends) but get on very well together. They stood waiting very quietly and patiently and stayed in close together like this the whole time they weren't working.
They wear blinkers to help them concentrate whilst pulling the plough.
Very nice twosome, Alison.

@dulciknit Yes they have as we lived on the farm and the stables were at the back of our house. As I was growing up though, the horses had disappeared and eventually the stables were pulled down
