it hung around me for almost 1/2 an hour while i worked at the gardens this afternoon.

Non-poisonous kind. Wonderful shot, Pamela! Haven't seen any of those around here. Saw a beautiful king snake yesterday and my cell phone was a poor camera for it. Was glad to see it! Hope it means less copperheads and rattlers around here!
