My sister @mcdougall and her husband came to dinner at our house last night, and afterwards, she was brainstorming photo ideas. My husband who is always willing to throw out ideas kept telling her that she should take a photo of Twizzlers since she likes to eat them when she comes to visit. Not taking no for an answer, he placed the Twizzlers in a water bottle. Then, our husbands decided that the Twizzlers needed ‘better’ lighting, so they proceeded to hold flashlights on them while she took photos. Needless to say, she did not use any of those photos. Of course, this morning he pretended that his feelings were hurt. To keep the peace, I took a photo of the Twizzlers today. Don’t tell my husband, but I think I am on her side. Twizzlers do not photograph that well.
I love the group efforts that go into our 365 shots, lol. My Mom phoned me from 4 hours away last night to tell me that the snowflakes were huge and beautiful and would make a great shot. What am I supposed to do with that information from 4 hours away. lol. But this is a pretty cool abstract!
HAHA! your husband is too funny! i love that he got right into it and wanted to add extra light using flash lights! I think it made for a neat photo tho! your focus is really nice and for some reason, this shot reminds me of christmas :D haha
