Tonight my son is spending the night with my in-laws so my husband and I went to see the new Sherlock Holmes movie. As we were driving there, we realized that we had not been to a movie together since we moved to our new house which was almost a year and a half ago! I brought my DSLR in hopes of taking a long exposure shot at the theater, but it turns out that I left my memory card in the computer when I downloaded photos last night. I remembered that I had my P&S in my purse, so I pulled that out only to realize that the battery was dying. The only shots that I managed to get were as we were driving home. On the highway, there were about 4-5 police cars lining the side of the road due to a really bad accident. None of them were good, but this was my favorite because I liked the abstract nature of it. [SOOC]
cool abstract - hate it when those camera disasters happen!! I'm hoping to see the SH film next week - was it as good as the trailers suggest? I loved the first one!

My husband read a lot of Sherlock Holmes when he was little and said that it doesn't really stay true to the stories/characters because they were not action/adventure. However, it was an enjoyable movie. Robert Downey Jr and Jude Law are really good together.

However, it was an enjoyable movie. Robert Downey Jr and Jude Law are really good together.
