My husband and I took the boys hiking today. We weren't sure what to expect, but M was quite impressive and climbed 95% of the 1.25 mile uphill hike by himself. It took us an hour and five minutes to get up the mountain. On the way down, I carried L in the baby backpack, and my husband carried M on his shoulders. It only took us 23 minutes, but boy did we pay for it the next day. So sore!
Our family hikes are like that. We have 3 kids. They run the first half and all complain and sometimes even all need to be carried on the second half. Cute shot!
