Rather than saying cheese when I take his photo, my older son (and now the younger one too) says 'cheesebuuurrrger' which leaves me with many photos of him with his lips pursed.
How sweet! Both the image and your narrative. I remember when my boys did the same thing. It will pass but you will always have fond memories of this stage when you look at the photographs.
