Every once in a while, my husband and I are feeling adventurous and take the boys out to a nice restaurant. They were great tonight, and as a reward, we walked to get them some ice cream for dessert. I was very proud of them.
Yeah...it's awesome when they do well. I will never forget the anniversary when my son was 18 months and got sick and we had to take him along to dinner. Nice place, white table clothes, etc. And he was a royal BRAT. It was awful. One of those check please times, and not in a sexy way.
