We are taking the boys for their first overnight on my in-law's sail boat tonight. M has been so excited all week!! He kept talking about the trip and how he was going to sleep on the boat and go to the beach the next day. He goes to bed early, and since the sun was still up, getting him to sleep in such bright conditions didn't work so well. When it was obvious he wasn't going to be asleep before sunset, we let him get up and watch the sunset. He and L loved the big orange ball! They both finally fell asleep, so we will see how lack of sleep affects tomorrow's trip.
