Victory Day in Turkey commemorates the key Turkish victory against Greek forces in 1922.The outcome of the battle determined the overall outcome of the Turkish War of Independence. It is impossible to capture the amazing effort our hotel staff went to in order to set this evening up - they worked all day in 35 degrees+ and it was all worth it with a spectacular spread and entertainment culminating in fireworks at midnight.
