Not my photograph but I make no apologies. Today a very dear friend had a horrific accident when he was knocked off his bicycle and suffered life-threatending injuries. He was airlifted to Addenbrookes Hospital by air ambulance. The speed at which he was treated almost certainly saved his life. The next 24 hours will be critical.
