Pre-season rowing camp ended today with the crews all having a motley race against each other. Many parents brought picnics up to Elgin and we all sat on the banks of the dam at the Elgin Country Club and watched the guys. The boys eat more green salad than we'd expected, but they don't like rice salad with mayo. And it may be better to keep secret just how much hot chocolate they are capable of consuming.
