I suppose I better give an explanation. Civil Society in South Africa is fedup with our President and a nation wide day of protest was called for today. There are those that are dismissive, saying protests do nothing against would be dictators. But what it's doing today is reminding us that we, the people, ARE the rainbow nation.
The title of the picture is an ironic nod to a growing form of tourism where tourists are taken in busses into ''townships'', areas dominated by poor, black residents. I was amused to see this morning that in the (middle class) area that I live in cars with black people were driving past, taking photos of Middle class people protesting. We are growing up.

We have the same here in the U.S. and some people say to get over it. However, in the end it is a right that should be exercised before it is taken away.
