I most enjoyed meeting Apiwe Nxusani-Mawela the brewer of the fabulous Tolokazi craft beers. She ran a fascinating beer tasting experience, teaching us about the how, what and why of the colour, clarity and taste of her beers. Did I enjoy the beer? Absolutely! More than that, though, I loved meeting a strong, competent woman who is powering through the (Charles) Glass ceiling.
