I once met a photographer who said he told the students he taught the they were to go home, lock themselves in one room and not leave until they had 100 photos. I've thought about this often, which is why I try to find things around the house. Easy at first, but once you use up all of the obvious things, you have to start looking a bit harder.

Which I guess is the point of what he instructed his students to do.
