I was going to upload another window, in green this time, from yesterday's walk. Instead I opted to experiment with light on the rosary beads above. I also understood today what saturation means and what it does to a picture. The rosary beads were my mother's - I like them because they are chunky enough to be handled by my rough hands and of course they remind me of her and her fine and delicate hands.
Allow me to share with you a little bit of my faith. Today 25th March is a very special feast day. On this day we celebrate when the Maid of Nazareth said one very important yes. Mary allowed God’s love to become enfleshed for the transformation of the world. It is a surrender in love to that which the mind cannot see.
I wasn't aware of this Feast Day - nice history to go with those beautiful rosary beads. Wish I still had my mom's. Remember them in her hands many times.
Wow. The image drew me in as I could see the rosary (they are beautiful as is) and saturated in green is gorgeous. Your narrative matched it in its beauty. Thank you for sharing.
