This is St Barbara's bastion and an excellent place to enjoy Malta's Grand Harbour but not exactly the best place to describe what you put in your recipe:) There's a sheer drop of some 20 metres but I guess it's an age related short-sightedness.

but also, no barriers?!?! i understand the aesthetics of it, but then, probably your people are not lawsuit crazy or crazy for that matter, unlike here in canada. here, some stupid people would be goofing about and when an accident happens, it's the property's fault for not installing barriers.
