Waiting patiently not just for summer but also for a proper sanding and a dab of paint. I revisited St Thomas Bay during a 7.5km walk from the village of Marsascala and back. I paid a visit to the now derelict Jerma Palace Hotel, a former four-star hotel, with the aim to capture some of its graffiti and street art displayed in rooms and on the exterior walls. On my way to the cliffs beyond St Thomas Bay there was a line of boats parked across the shore line. I moved just behind one the boats to capture the cleat against the blue sea beyond. If one looks close enough there's also a couple of strands of a spider's web running along the right side of the cleat and the boat.
Great photo!
