This is the Triton Fountain just outside the City Gate of Valletta. I had an errand in Valletta and on my way in I thought the ferries wheel, which has been a main feature during the Christmas holidays for the past few years, would make an interesting backdrop for the fountain. I especially liked how the light was emphasising one of the merman.
