This is my attempt at sinister and it's freaking me out a little!!
This is Colin in his new balaclava. To reassure everyone - he bought it for our trip in September to South America during which we will be traveling at some very high altitudes and often at very low temperatures. I myself will be wearing a 'buff' and hat but he insisted on a balaclava. I find them very sinister as you cannot 'read' someones face when they are worn with only the eyes to focus on.
I made him wear it and glare 'straight down the barrel' of my lens. There is a 'selfie' of me if you look closely.
