This is our dinner as we never want to go out on Valentines Day, paying a lot of money for a poor 'set menu'. A deconstructed prawn cocktail made by me (i.e. it's not in a bowl!), duck a l'orange (delicious sauce made with hours of simmering) by Colin with 'macho peas' by me (a touch too much chilli though), and finishing up with a dessert of Eton Mess and shortbread.
Far too much as usual but delicious - and it went as far as providing us with dinner on Sunday as well. Mmmm!
