3rd June 2015

All of this week the Thames Landscape Strategy teamed with Operation Centaur (who provide Shire horse teams across the Borough) to undertake the bi-annual hay cut of the grasslands in the Ham Avenues. This is part of the conservation estate management. I was lucky to get an opportunity to visit the hoses at work and met Murdoch and Tom the Shire horses grazing outside of Ham House.

These horses are so gorgeous, and I love the old brick wall too. Fav.
