I am so cross today. This is our lovely Laburnham tree. Our neighbors had a skip delivered and I have discovered that they have totally ripped our tree to bits with two large branches just left on the ground. No knock on the door, no apology. The tree is at the end of our garden, growing against our back fence. It was well out of the way so this is purely down to an incompetent skip company and thoughtless neighbors. The only thing I can think of is to contact the skip company and demand that they send a tree surgeon to neatly cut where the branches have been torn of to ensure the tree does not become diseased.
What a dreadful thing to happen. I'd be very angry with the neighbours as well as the company. Such a beautiful tree too--I don't know if I've seen a laburnum this big over here. Good luck resolving this. the neighbours should pay to have the company come and do what you suggest
