It was twelfth night last night and it seemed such a shame to take the decorations down. Our Christmas tree which was a Nordman Fir hardly shed any needles when I took it outside. The house looks so bare now with all our decorations back in the boxes and put away in the loft. Tree collection day is tomorrow so this is our tree waiting for recycling...
This tree looks to be still healthy and beautiful. I always found it sad to take Christmas tree and other Christmas decorations down, but reminded myself that if they were up all year, they wouldn't be special at Christmas.
