Another Saturday, another dinner party. Our friends Ann and Richard came over.
We were busy cooking so this shot is of the empty glasses at the end of the evening. Our menu was home made pesto on ciabatta with sun dried tomatoes and crisp grilled parma ham to start. A main of pulled slow cooked lamb with a South African rub with a yoghurt and pomegranate dressing, roast potatoes, parsnips and carrots. Dessert of a chilled lemon flan or second option of home made meringues and mixed berries with an English cheese board and coffee to finish. Mmmm!
