We finally managed to get a plumber in to fix our toilet flush and he seems to have done a good job after a minor hiccup of an overflowing tank (all fixed now). We wanted seen fresh air but unfortunately it started raining heavily so my idea of a walk through the Isabella Plantation was not such a good idea. We decided to start with a cream tea at Pembroke Lodge instead and then had a rather short walk around the grounds during which I found signs of spring.
