I didn’t go for a run this morning as I wanted to try and book a doctors appointment instead. I managed to get through the usual challenge of the switchboard and finally got a 4.00pm appointment with Dr Patton. I have been suffering with aches and pains and I want to check it is nothing too serious. I now have a battery of blood tests including a fasting one which have been scheduled for when we return from Spain.
I did not feel like taking any photos earlier in the day so this is the impressive sky at the sadly ever decreasing sunset time as we start heading into the autumn.
