I’m running out of time now to finish all my Christmas tasks. I make home made sweets each year - mainly coconut ice and fudge which seem to go down well with everyone. This year I have made two batches of fudge as it seems to go very quickly. It seems to be a lot easier with our new sugar thermometer.
I also spent 3-4 hours wrapping all the present an discovering that the white paper I bought is pretty awful for wrapping. They looked nice at the end though.
