Hooray - I’m negative at long last and I can go to Chris’s birthday meal tomorrow!
I still feel pretty shattered but I don’t have to wear a mask in the house and Colin and I can eat together. I have to say that our stockpile of lateral flow tests seem to be drying out as it took me three tests (very uncomfortable as both in the throat and nasal swabs) and a minor tantrum to finally get enough liquid to successfully test.
In celebration (and because I can now have some), I baked a coffee cake for Chris’s birthday tomorrow.
