The forecast was for sunshine this morning and as we have not been out too much this week we decided to head over to Kew Gardens again to see if the cherry blossom had come out in the Japanese walk next to the Temperate House.
The blossom had most definitely come out and it looks stunning with the multi-coloured tulips beneath. We’re trying to explore different areas (using our Boundless cards) and made our way to the woodland area to have our sandwiches watching the birds on the feeders.
In the afternoon, as forecast, the rains arrived just in time for me to drive out to photo club for the first lecture since before our exhibition. Unfortunately it was not the most riveting of lectures and a number people disappeared at half time!
